I resist using this venue for mere political use; there is plenty of that available elsewhere. I’m making an exception here because of the now-all-too-familiar sites and sights blaring across news sources, following this morning’s disgusting litany of gory details of innocent flesh being blown into gooey paste in Brussels, Belgium.
A trusted friend and business pro, himself also a veteran, sent me the following in early December of last year. I told him I’d pass it along as I felt led, and held onto it knowing there would be a perfect time to share it.

If you don’t regurgitate that Islam is a religion of peace, I won’t remind you to pay zero attention to what people say but intently observe what they do.
There are a small handful of brave Muslims living in western nations willing to speak out against radical Islamic terrorism. To a person, they say it is not just the ultra-radicals wearing explosive vests or carrying backpack bombs who must be eliminated with prejudice. They say it is also the polished, cultured elitist Muslims in America, including militant Muslim clerics teaching in American mosques, helping recruit and indoctrinate their and our young men and women to join in jihad against the rest of the world. They say it is also the frightened (and often intimidated and coerced) families and friends willing to hide the radicalized terrorists and say nothing to law enforcement even though they know so much about their own neighborhoods and social networks.
The brave handful was saying it again this morning, one by one, repeating the same sad truth: America’s idiocy of maintaining political correctness at the expense of lives and property and the freedom to move about, do business and travel does not work, nor has it ever worked.
They repeated: until we of the west own and name who is the enemy, doing everything necessary to root them and their worldwide network of passive supporters and foolish, idealistic apologists out while destroying ISIS in its supposed Middle Eastern ‘safe zones’, the Islamic extremist terror cells will just keep cropping up wherever the earth’s nations are stupid enough to open their borders to ‘refugees’. Strange, isn’t it, that none of them seem interested in relocating to close-by, Arabic-speaking, Muslim nations, opting instead – at the gaining nation’s expense – to travel hundreds or thousands of miles to places where neither language, lifestyle nor religion are practiced and then instantly set about forcing their own ways, lifestyles, morals and religious beliefs on those kind enough to allow them entry? That’s not peaceful. That’s conquest.
Here, then, are the studied words of one of Earth’s great men, Sir Winston Churchill. He had extensive experience dealing with the radical Islamists and warned the rest of us as follows:

The attached short speech from Winston Churchill was delivered by him in 1899 when he was a young soldier and journalist. It probably sets out the current views of many, but expresses in the wonderful Churchillian turn of phrase and use of the English language of which he was a past master. Sir Winston Churchill was, without doubt, one of the greatest men of the late 19th and 20th centuries. He was not only a military veteran and journalist, but also an extraordinary politician and statesman, a great war leader and British Prime Minister, in whose debt the Western world must forever be.
HERE IS THE SPEECH:
“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries: improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live.
A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement, the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith.
