It is good to reflect upon all life’s gifts which money cannot buy.
Most of us have more than we honestly need.
Your attitude is driven by your predominate thoughts. Don’t blame anyone else if it’s not so hot. Change your thinking and you’ll change your attitude.
God knows what your 2016 will look like. Relax. Do your best at your part. You can depend on Him to take care of the rest.
God has some plans to work through you this year if you’ll quit trying to control your own life. He does a much better job. Let Him. It may make little sense now; yet later on as you look back, you’ll be amazed at what God’s done in and through you.
What you see as you unwrap your gifts may be nothing like that which the givers saw as they wrapped them. As always, we see things not as they are, but as we are.
Always remember: JOY is a renewable resource! YOU choose.
Jesus being born in Bethlehem was just to give us a beginning point. But you know that. Right?
We tend to compartment-alize holidays, lamenting that they’re too soon over. Yet the spirit of those special days can remain if we wish it so.
The new year beckons, and yet more holidays. It is, however, possible to maintain a steady spirit of joy and purpose, regardless of what time of year it is.
A BLESSING FOR YOU TODAY . . .
May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are yours because you are born of and live by faith.
May you fearlessly use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you. . .
May you be content knowing you are a child of God. . .
Let His presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us, and ours to give in return.
–from our home to yours, Babycakes and I fondly wish you a joyous, festive, fun, memorable and safe holiday season as we bid farewell to one year and usher in the next.
